Water Experiments: Routine Water before Eating
One-half hour before each meal, drink 16-24 oz. water. Drink it rather quickly.
Listen to your body use this water to make saliva and digestive juices for your meal. This will make enough saliva so you won't need to drink anything to "wash down" your meal.
Note: For this experiment, try not to drink more than a sip or two of water within ten minutes before beginning a meal nor within one hour after finishing a meal. If you do drink a lot of water with your meals, notice how satisfying it feels or doesn't feel in your stomach.
