Home Listening and Health Water Experiments: Routine Morning Water

Upon waking, drink 16-24 oz. water. Drink it rather quickly, don't dawdle. Listen to your body on the following two points:

a. Do you like your morning water cold, hot, or lukewarm? There are benefits to each temperature.

b. When the water is your favorite temperature, how much can your empty stomach hold without discomfort or nausea? This is important to understand about yourself so you can pace your drinking.
