Water Experiments: Count the Ounces
How may ounces of water do you drink in your usual day? Try to come up with an ounces number that could be possible for you to drink throughout your day.
How many pounds are in your weight? Go ahead, get the number. Divide that number by two, and remember this number.
This is the number of ounces which is your recommended consumption of water each day. This is what is meant by "drinking half your weight in water." More than that might better so long as you eat enough salt to keep your electrolytes balanced. You would know about your own needs by listening to your body.
So how did this week go? Are you already drinking water to more than half your weight in ounces?
Set a number of daily ounces of water as a goal with which you can live for the next few weeks.
